MORLANG Consulting GmbH is a provider approved under AZAV by Certuria. We check the requirements for a voucher, help with the application and support you throughout the programme. Together we set the goal, the strategy and your personal career path.
Goals of career coaching
Assessing your situation after losing your job, checking options such as further training or retraining, developing a search strategy, updating application documents and preparing for job interviews. Publicly funded further training or retraining is decided by the Agentur für Arbeit.
Coaching topics
Job search after losing your job, changing profession, further training and retraining, preparing for job interviews, LinkedIn and professional positioning in Germany, as well as moving into self-employment.
Professional qualification
Bookkeeping Compact in Germany
MORLANG Consulting GmbH offers a practical qualification for people with a commercial background or bookkeeping experience gained abroad.
Topics: German financial and payroll accounting, SKR03/SKR04, document management, VAT, annual financial statements and an overview of DATEV.
Banking Compact
A practical qualification for people with banking, finance or business experience who want to adapt their knowledge to the German banking system.
Topics: structure of the banking sector, lending, payments, risk, internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Which coaching is right for me?
We’ll work that out together in the initial consultation: we look at your situation and decide which coaching suits you better – career coaching or integration coaching. Just write to us using the contact form.
Is the consulting online or on site?
Working with MORLANG Consulting GmbH can take place online, by phone or in person by appointment. Many topics can be handled efficiently by video call, phone and digital document exchange.
Do I have to book something right away?
No. The first contact is used to understand your situation and check whether and how MORLANG Consulting GmbH can support you in a meaningful way. Only then do we decide which format is suitable.
Which documents are needed?
That depends on the topic. For a business start, for example, the business idea, your CV, financial data or existing drafts may be relevant. For funding topics, documents from the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit or existing company data may be important. We tell you exactly which documents are needed for the next step.
How soon can we start working together?
That depends on the topic, availability and possible funding routes. Self-funded consulting can usually start sooner. Funded programmes often need some lead time because applications, approvals or coordination with partners are required.
