- You’re not sure whether your qualification needs to be recognised
- After a longer break, it’s unclear where your career is heading
- You have practical experience but no certificates
- Your German is still developing – but you want to start now
WHAT “INTEGRATION” MEANS TO US
It is about professional integration:

- making good use of your education and experience
- discovering new professions and paths
HOW THE COACHING WORKS
- We get to know your education, experience and goals
- We explain the job market, professions and recognition – in relation to your situation
- We work out 2–3 possible paths and look at each one
- You choose your path yourself – the others remain as alternatives
- Together we prepare your CV, cover letter and job portal profiles
FORMAT
- One-to-one coaching in German or Russian, some sessions also in Ukrainian
- Coaching methods such as the career compass and the wheel of life help you decide
- Practising German for real situations: phone calls, introducing yourself, job interviews
- Tasks between sessions
RESULT
- You understand how your experience and qualification fit into the German system
- One chosen path and 1–2 alternatives
- A realistic plan that fits your time, travel and family
- Application documents and the ability to continue your search on your own
YOUR PART
- Coaching works when you yourself want to work again
- Between sessions you work on small tasks
- Participation with AVGS is possible – the decision is made by the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit

Which coaching is right for me?
We’ll work that out together in the initial consultation: we look at your situation and decide which coaching suits you better – career coaching or integration coaching. Just write to us using the contact form.
Is the consulting online or on site?
Working with MORLANG Consulting GmbH can take place online, by phone or in person by appointment. Many topics can be handled efficiently by video call, phone and digital document exchange.
Do I have to book something right away?
No. The first contact is used to understand your situation and check whether and how MORLANG Consulting GmbH can support you in a meaningful way. Only then do we decide which format is suitable.
Which documents are needed?
That depends on the topic. For a business start, for example, the business idea, your CV, financial data or existing drafts may be relevant. For funding topics, documents from the Jobcenter or the Agentur für Arbeit or existing company data may be important. We tell you exactly which documents are needed for the next step.
How soon can we start working together?
That depends on the topic, availability and possible funding routes. Self-funded consulting can usually start sooner. Funded programmes often need some lead time because applications, approvals or coordination with partners are required.
